About me
I'm a San Carlos mom of two. My family has been part of the district since 2019, and in that time I've been in our schools about as many ways as a person can be. Classrooms and the library. The PTA and the School Site Council. A stretch working as a lunch lady.
At Heather I started our first Lunar New Year celebration and our multicultural night. Nobody handed me a budget for either one, so I raised the money, bought the materials, and carried them to every classroom myself.
There are a couple of certificates on a shelf somewhere from all that. What I kept is the people.

I have spent seven years in these schools, on site councils, as the lunch lady, at back-to-school nights and as a substitute teacher. None of that costs anything but this campaign does and every dollar helps us reach another family.
